CISAS is a research center from the Polytechnic University of Viana do Castelo in Portugal, with 80+ scientists covering the entire food chain from farm to fork. We are a team that includes veterinarians, Biologists, Microbiologists, Chemists, Agronomists, Zootechnicians, Nutritionists, Animal Behaviour Scientists, Ecologists, and Animal Welfare Scientists among other subjects.
