2. Fundamental Research for Animal Health and Welfare
We are interested in collaborating on research projects that focus on improving the health and welfare of livestock through advanced nutritional strategies, innovative feed formulations, and sustainable feeding practices. We aim to contribute to the development of new methodologies and technologies that enhance animal health and welfare, reduce disease incidence, and improve overall productivity in livestock systems.
The Department of Animal Science at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University specializes in animal nutrition and feed science. Our research focuses on optimizing feed formulations, enhancing nutritional strategies, and improving the welfare of various livestock species. We have a strong team of researchers and state-of-the-art laboratory facilities dedicated to advancing the science of animal nutrition. Our goal is to develop sustainable and effective feeding practices that promote animal health, welfare, and productivity. We have extensive experience in conducting both fundamental and applied research, and we are committed to collaborating with partners to achieve the objectives of the EUPAHW project.
