We are interested in joining an international consortium for the EUPAHW call focusing on topic 2. We are open to collaboration as a project partner on viral diagnostics, vaccines, and surveillance studies, particularly viral diseases of aquatic organisms.
As a team of the Department of Virology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU), Türkiye, have experience in:
• Vaccines for viral diseases in rainbow trout.
• Molecular diagnostics of fish viruses (RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, RT-RPA, LFA-based systems)
• Epidemiology and surveillance of aquatic viral pathogens
• Experimental infection studies and viral characterization
