Collaboration on animal welfare research and intervention development grounded in human behaviour change science. I have worked in this area for approximately eight years within the School of Psychology, with peer-reviewed publications on applying human behaviour change approaches to improve farm and companion animal welfare. Current work includes applications in equine, pig, small mammal, and sustainability-related contexts. My work adopts a One Welfare perspective, focusing on how human decision-making, wellbeing, and organisational structures shape animal welfare outcomes, with a particular interest in partnerships that support translation of research into practice.
I am looking for collaborators interested in applying human behaviour change theory in addressing farm animal welfare and One Welfare issues.
